I have been more than happy to be a partner with FBS Plumbing solutions for several years and consider them one of the best merchants I have had the pleasure to supply. They have a wealth of plumbing experience and their service is second to none, products, stock and their customer service is no doubt the ingredients of this complete cake. There is an old saying “THAT QUALITY AND SERVICE IS REMEMBERED LONG AFTER PRICE HAS BEEN FORGOTTEN…How true is that !

Thanks to FBS for my full bathroom and all the fittings, the quality of their products is second to none and I am so happy with the installation and the excellent service and advice I received form the whole team at FBS. I would not hesitate in recommending them if you are looking for a new bathroom. I’d also like to praise William McCall for his expert installation and superb finishing touches.

We have worked closely with the FBS team for several years now and can say it’s a joy to speak to people who know what they are talking about, and the service FBS provide to their customers is fantastic, we are not just an account number to them. Well done Alison and her team.

I have been in the bathroom industry for 34 years and throughout this time I have dealt with various companies throughout Scotland, but FBS has remained at the forefront as one of our main suppliers. With Alison and her teams help, we opened a very successful showroom filled with quality bathroom products all supplied by FBS. No matter what you are looking for, whether it is a washer or special nut and bolt, they will have it in stock or will source it for us . Customer service is their main priority , bending over backwards on numerous occasions, nothing is too much for them. I will never be able to repay Alison and her team at FBS for everything they have done for Superior bathrooms, their knowledge of bathroom products is invaluable.

I have dealt with FBS for over 20 years, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Every query is dealt with efficiently and effectively and the staff are always polite and friendly. There truly is not another supplier that offers such a personal service, I can’t fault FBS at all !

FBS – FAB FAB FAB! 😊
